Thank you for choosing The Minimoi. We are delighted to ship our handcrafted treasures to you and your mini. As a small business, we take pride in personally preparing every package with care.

1. Processing Times

Every item in our shop is handcrafted.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed.

  • Custom/Large Orders: If you have placed a bulk or custom order, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.

  • Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Free Delivery Offer

We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $99! * The free shipping discount will automatically apply at checkout once your cart total reaches $99 (before taxes).

 3. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 4–7 business days (within Canada) once the package has been handed to the carrier.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout if you need your glow-up a little sooner!

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. The Minimoi is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend it.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier and marked as "Delivered," it is considered the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please refer to our Exchange Policy regarding the required unboxing video.
