At TheMinimoi, our motive is to keep every Mom and their Mini feeling happy, comfortable, and confident in our handcrafted pieces. As a small business dedicated to quality and care, we handle every order with love.

Our Policy

Due to the small-batch and handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we want you to love your purchase! We offer exchanges only under the following specific conditions:

  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect.

  • Incorrect Orders: If you received a different product or size than what you ordered.

How to Request an Exchange

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To ensure a smooth exchange process, we require a continuous unboxing video as proof.

Exchange Requirements:

  • The Unboxing Video: The video must show the unopened package being opened for the first time. It should clearly show the shipping label and the condition of the items inside as they are removed from the box.

  • Photo Evidence: Please also include clear, close-up photos of the specific damage or the incorrect item received.

  • Contact Us: Send your video and order number to us via email team@theminimoi.com or DM us on Instagram or TikTok.

  • The "Hygiene & Health" Clause: "For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept exchanges on items that have been worn or removed from their original packaging, unless they arrived damaged."

Please Note: For the protection of our small business, we are unable to accept exchanges without a clear unboxing video or sufficient proof of damage/error. This policy ensures we can continue to provide high-quality, handcrafted pieces for every Mama and Mini.

We understand that shopping online can be tricky!

  • Colours: Digital screens and lighting can sometimes make colours appear slightly different than they are in person.

  • Sizes: Detailed size information are provided on every product page.

Before You Order: We highly encourage you to reach out if you have any doubts! If you are unsure about a specific shade or which size is right for your hair type (or your Mini’s), we are always happy to help.
