Welcome to The Minimoi. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure we can continue providing high-quality, handcrafted accessories for every Mama and Mini.

1. Handmade Nature & Variations

Every scrunchie is handcrafted with love. Because of this, small variations in size, stitching, or pattern placement may occur. These are not defects but a testament to the unique, handmade nature of our products.

2. Colour Accuracy

We strive to display our colours as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will be a 100% match to the fabric in person. We encourage you to reach out via Instagram or TikTok for "real-life" videos before ordering.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to hand-prepare your order.

  • Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier (Canada Post/Courier), we are no longer responsible for the package. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

4. Safety Disclaimer

Our "Mini" collection is designed for children, but please use them with care.

  • Supervision: Hair accessories should always be used under adult supervision.

  • Sleep Safety: Never allow a child (under 3) to sleep wearing hair accessories, as they can pose a choking or entanglement hazard.

5. Order Cancellations

As we work quickly to get your handcrafted items ready, we can only accept order cancellations within 2 hours of the order being placed. After this window, the sale is final.

6. Pricing & Sales

Prices are subject to change without notice. If an item goes on sale after you have purchased it, we do not offer price adjustments. All sale items are Final Sale.
