1. Processing Times
Every item in our shop is handcrafted.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and packed.

Custom/Large Orders: If you have placed a bulk or custom order, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Free Delivery Offer
We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all Canadian orders over $99! * The free shipping discount will automatically apply at checkout once your cart total reaches $99 (before taxes).
3. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We ship across Canada. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Usually takes 4–7 business days (within Canada) once the package has been handed to the carrier.

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout if you need your glow-up a little sooner!
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. The Minimoi is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend it.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier and marked as "Delivered," it is considered the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
